ABOUT NEEDS, INC

HELPING LARAMIE COUNTY RESIDENTS SINCE 1972

Our Story

Needs, Inc. was founded in 1972 to meet the most essential needs of the Cheyenne community. We began by feeding families in Laramie County out of a small house in downtown Cheyenne. At the time, Needs, Inc. was an entirely volunteer organization and was led by a five-person Board of Directors.

Today, we continue our mission to provide the most essential needs of our communities through our food pantry, clothing store, and our low cost thrift store

Our Funding

Needs, Inc. is funded by grants and donations from a variety of sources. We receive a large percentage of our funding from local businesses, churches, organizations and private individuals.

Every donation, whether it be large or small, is important to our ability to make food security possible for the hungry families in our community.
